US intelligence accuses Russia of electoral interference. American intelligence services declare the intention of the Russian Federation to discredit Joseph Biden before the elections. Deutsche Welle reports.

Moscow has reportedly criticized Joseph Biden for his role in the Barack Obama administration's policy on Ukraine.

Head of the US National Center for Counterintelligence and Security believes that Russia intends to "discredit" Biden and is taking a number of steps for this.

According to the intelligence services, the parties connected with the Kremlin seek to increase the popularity of the candidacy of the current President Donald Trump on Russian television and on social networks.

The US presidential elections are scheduled for November 3. The top candidates are Trump and former US Vice President Joe Biden.
