Ukraine’s Interior Ministry, the National Police, UNICEF and Agriteam Canada signed the joint memorandum on cooperation in terms of protection of children. The Ministry’s press service reported that on Thursday evening.
‘This area is crucial to us. The entire philosophy of children protection became even more essential to us when we shaped the key idea of the National Police, which is to serve and protect’, said minister Arsen Avakov.
The memorandum foresees two years-long project, which involves studying programs for minors who later will be recruited by the police.
