The UN General Assembly will consider a draft resolution on protection of human rights in the occupied Crimea. The bill was pre-approved on November 14.
This is mentioned in the tweet by Ukraine's Mission in the UN.
"December 18, UNGA to consider a draft resolution seeking the protection of the human rights in the occupied Crimea", reads the message.
The document, in particular, condemns mass detentions of human rights activists, urges the Russian government of Crimea to stop poitical persecutions and condemns the practice of forced military draft to Russia's Armed Forces.
The draft resolution is to take effect after the adoption by the General Assembly this month.
