The Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine has been considering the case about Skyrizon Aircraft Holdings Limited (British Virgin Islands) and Ukraine's state concern Motor Sich (Zaporizhya, southeastern Ukraine) taking control over Motor Sich company. The press office of the Committee reported that on July 9.
The Committee also looks into Skyrizon's actions, as it bought the shares of Granum Corporation (Panama), Likatron Enterprises Limited (Cyprus) and Reckoner Investment Holdings Limited (Cyprus), which allows an increase by 50 percent of votes in the managing bodies of this company.
These concentrations are considered parts of the stepped deal, which aims to give Skyrizon and Ukroboronprom joint control over Motor Sich.
The Committee performs a deep investigation into this concentration's influence on the markets of aircraft engines for planes and helicopters, spare parts, technical service and repairs of the engines and industrial gas turbine drives.
