Ukrainian State Customs Service names those banned to enter Ukraine

State Customs Service of Ukraine specified the persons banned from entering Ukraine because of the visit of the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea and Donbas. In particular, Andrii Demchenko, Spokesman of the agency claimed this on the air of 112 Ukraine.

‘As of today, there are more than 750 people banned. Mostly they are Russian citizens but there’re other citizens too,’ he claimed.

According to Demchenko, most of the citizens are prohibited to enter precisely due to the visit of the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.

‘Ordinary citizens, engaged in artistic activities and politics are among the banned people,’ he stressed.

While the Spokesman added the foreigners who are prohibited to enter Ukraine for the illegal visit of the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea and Donbas are able to appeal against the decision. However, he believes the result won’t be positive since the confirmation of their stay in the temporarily occupied territory is thorough.

Reportedly, State Customs Service of Ukraine claimed that 740 foreign citizens were prohibited to enter Ukraine for the illegal visit of the temporarily occupied territories.
