On November 5, Ukraine's Parliament plans to consider the draft of state budget for the next year - in the first reading. Dmytro Razumkov, the Speaker of the Parliament said so during the session of conciliatory council.

"This week on Thursday, we plan to consider the budget. I guess there will be a committee session, and the Chairman will be able to report it. That's why the Committee for Budget Issues is supposed to consider offers for the draft bill (...) and conclusions of the Count Chamber as soon as possible, and to prepare the draft decree of the Parliament on the conclusions and the offer to the draft law on the state budget of Ukraine in the next year", he said.

During nine months of 2020, the deficit of the State Budget of Ukraine increased four times in comparison with the same rate last year, as the State Treasury Service of Ukraine reported.

According to the report, in January-September 2020, the deficit of the budget of Ukraine made 81.725 billion hryvnia ($2,883,973,093). Before the introduction of the quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic, the deficit of the state budget made 20.7 billion hryvnia ($730,477,125).
