A group of Ukrainian servicemen arrived in Poland for rehabilitation in the framework of civil-military cooperation (CIMIC) 'Evacuation 200'. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Embassy in Poland.

A group of Ukrainian military personnel of 'Evacuation 200' together with their families arrived on Saturday, October 17.

“We are extremely pleased that the initiative of the Embassy and Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Tarnuv Bartlomia Babuska, launched in 2019, has its continuation and provides an opportunity for brave heroes who deal with human grief every day to rest and recover,” the embassy said.

It is noted that this year the implementation of the initiative became possible thanks to cooperation on the basis of the Memorandum between the Red Cross Society of Ukraine and the Department of Civil-Military Cooperation of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As reported before, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky together with President of Poland Andrzej Duda participated in the work of the Ukrainian-Polish economic forum in Odesa. Zelensky noted that the volume of the direct foreign investments from Poland reaches over $800 million as for today; the turnover between Ukraine and Poland made almost $8 billion last year. According to him, Poland is the second largest world market for export of the Ukrainian goods.
