Foreign Minister insists that Ukraine will always be taking to Poland as friends - even when it comes to sorting out issues of historical memory

Ukrainian guest workers greatly contribute to the Polish economy. Pavlo Klimkin, Ukraine's foreign minister said that while talking to 112 Ukraine TV channel. He thus commented on the statement by Mateusz Morawiecki, the new Polish Prime Minister, who mentioend a large number of Ukrainians in Poland; specifically he said that 'by accepting Ukrainian refugees, Poland helps take off tensions on the eastern flank of the EU.'   

'We (Ukrainians, - 112 International) really save the Polish economy, since a lot of Ukrainians work there. I heard some Ukrainians are offered more money, since they are very flexible and focesued on their job,' Klimkin responded.

The minister added that currently, there are 1 million Ukrainians in Poland. 'So, who;s saving whom, when it comes to matters of economy? But we will always speak to our Polish friends in a friendly manner, including discussions regarding our common historical memory,' Klimkin said.
