July 22, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a draft presidential decree "On Ukraine's withdrawal from the Agreement on Humanitarian Cooperation of the Commonwealth of the Independent States and the Agreement on the Council for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS Member States." This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian government.

"On July 22, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft Presidential Decree ‘On Ukraine's withdrawal from the Agreement on Humanitarian Cooperation of the Commonwealth of the Independent States and the Agreement on the Council for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS member states’," the message reads.

The withdrawal from the agreements was caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. Since actual cooperation with Russia has been suspended, cooperation with other CIS member states is taking place in a bilateral format.
