Ukraine demands to confirm the detention and specify all circumstances

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine demanded from Russian Foreign Ministry to confirm the fact of the detention of Oleh Negoda, the soldier of armed Donbas Conflict and specify all circumstances. Vasyl Kyrylych, the Head of Department of Consular Support claimed this as Interfax-Ukraine reported.

'We appealed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia with the request to inform on the detention of the mentioned citizen. We demand to report on the grounds and the circumstances of the detention, place of the detention and to immediately allow the consul to visit the detained Ukrainian in the case it took place', Kyrylych said.

Earlier the mass media reported that Oleh Negoda, the soldier of the armed Donbas Conflict was detained in Moscow. He went to visit his sister in Saratov at the end of December 2017.
