Ukrainian diplomats in France are preparing for the visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to Kyiv. This was stated by the Ambassador of Ukraine to France Vadym Omelchenko during the online conference "7 years after Maidan," organized on January 18 by the geopolitical club Eastern Circles and the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center, Ukrinform reports.
"Macron's visit to Ukraine is being planned. We are working on it every day: most of all - on filling the agenda of this visit," Omelchenko stressed.
According to the Ambassador of Ukraine to France, several important large-scale contracts are about to be signed between the countries during Macron's visit.
As we reported earlier, political advisers to the leaders of the Normandy Four countries (Ukraine, France, Germany, and Russia) will continue consultations on the implementation of the decisions of the Paris Summit this week.
"We hope that we will be able to take the next few steps next week. The break will be short," said Andriy Yermak, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
