Ukraine's Armed Forces went one rank higher on the list of the world's strongest armies composed by Global Firepower company. Currently, the Ukrainian Army is 29th in this ranking, among the 136 countries listed.

Ukraine is placed between Greece (28th) and the Czech Republic (29th).

The top three remains unchanged, with the U.S., Russia and China leading the way. Ukraine's neighbors - Poland, Belarus and Hungary - are placed 22nd, 42nd and 57th, respectively. Bhutan comes last.

Global Firepower considered over 50 factors while working on the ranking. The nuclear power-wielding countries enjoyed bonus points. NATO member countries got extra points, too.
