The Minister of Defense of Ukraine and the standard-bearing group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will take part in the military parade dedicated to the Day of Armed Forces of Poland in Warsaw on August 15.  The speaker of the Ministry of Defense Maksym Prauta claimed this at the briefing.

'The General of Army of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak will take part in the military parade in Warsaw dedicated to the Day of Armed Forces of Poland at the behest of his Polish colleague', Prauta said.

The schedule of the parade provides the ceremonial march of the Ukrainian standard-bearing group.

The Ukrainian militaries will take part in the Polish military parade for the first time since 2008.

According to Prauta, the Ministers of Defense of Ukraine and Poland discussed the issue of the bilateral military cooperation.
