If the case of the murder of Pavlo Sheremet is thrown, it may become one of the grounds to make Interior Minister Arsen Avakov resign, as RBK-Ukraine reported citing Head of the Parliamentary Committee on law enforcement activity Denys Monastyrsky.
According to him, the probation of Avakov is not finished and very close attention is paid to the activity of the Interior Minister.
“I believe if particularly the case of Sheremet is thrown, it possibly will become one of the grounds to make Arsen Borysovych resign. At least, the scale of this case, the public outreach, and suspects, do not leave another variant. This case will become the Rubicon,” Monastyrsky stated.
