Currently, there is not much more than just hope for Ukraine to get the visa free regime with the EU someday. Volodymyr Ariev, the head of Ukraine’s delegation at PACE, said this in his commentary with 112 Ukraine TV channel.

‘The EU now faces many more problems than six months ago. These issues are piling up, and the decisions the EU leaders make on Ukraine and Georgia are heavily influenced by these questions. I very much hope we will enjoy the visa free regime someday, because we can’t be sure right now when this time comes. One could say that the EU says so, and it’s definitely going to happen in the next few months…well, it just doesn’t work that way. We should only hope for successful negotiations between the EU authorities and EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn,’ he said.
