Ukrainian and Russian officials negotiate on visiting Oleg Sentsov and Kyrylo Vyshynsky who are now detained in Russia and Ukraine, respectively. Lyudmyla Denysova, the Ukrainian ombudswoman currently talks with her Russian colleague, Mikhail Fedotov, on such opportunity. Her press service reported that on Tuesday evening.

Earlier, Fedotov - the Russian presidential counselor and the chairman of the presidential council for the development of civil society and human rights - asked Denysova to assist him in visiting Kyrylo Vyshynsky, the head of RIA News agency, arrested under charges with state treason. 

In the meantime, Denysova turned to Ukraine's competent authorities, asking to let Fedotov visit Vyshynsky.  

Political prisoner Oleg Sentsov, who is on the hunger strike since May 14, is in the stable state and gets the supportive therapy. Dmytro Dynze, his advocate reported this on Facebook.
