The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine refutes the existence of any tacit agreement during Minsk negotiation process on the settlement of the situation in Donbas. This was reported by Foreign Ministry spokesman Maryana Betza, reports "Interfax-Ukraine".

"Ministry of Foreign Affairs is not aware of the existence of any secret agreements within the framework of the Minsk format. If there is any secret agreement, then they should be performed secretly. And this is, by definition, impossible, since regarding the Minsk agreements we are talking about de-occupation of Donbas, the fate of millions of Ukrainians and the future of Ukraine as a state, " she said.

Speaker of the Foreign Ministry stressed that the openness of the Minsk process ensures active participation in the Organization for Security it and Cooperation in Europe and its Special Monitoring Mission.

Yesterday the head of the Batkivshchyna faction Yulia Tymoshenko stated that the President Petro Poroshenko has signed a secret agreement in the framework of the Minsk agreements, which is about implementation of the political commitments of Ukraine without the implementation of the safety component.
