Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba met with US Secretary of the State Antony Blinken. The respective message appeared on the Department of the State's website.
Before the meeting began, the two diplomats approached the press with brief speeches. Blinken reassured Kyiv of Washington's support. In turn, Kuleba expressed confidence that theupcoming visit of president Zelensky in Washington will bring the bilateral relations on the new level.
Earlier, Kuleba and the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak arrived in Washington D.C. to prepare for the upcoming visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the United States. He pointed out that the Ukrainian delegation will hold meetings with the U.S. President's National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, senators, and American analysts.
