The Information-Psychological Operations Center of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine has announced a tender in the sum of $60, 000 for the holding of the social survey of the citizens of Russia’s Southern Federal District and annexed Crimea within the research ‘Sociocultural segmentation of Southern Federal District population of Russia’ as Prozorro reported.
The military unit represented by Volodymyr Zhyvolup, the acting commander ordered a survey of the Russian’s public opinion in the guise of the complex social survey.
The implementation date of the services is from June 1 until December 31, 2018, and the estimated cost is about $60, 000.
It is mentioned that the social survey should include the holding of at least 20 focus group discussions and 2, 000 face-to-face interviews at the respondent's home.
The study topic is the potential of the activity of the citizens of Russia’s southern regions and the level of their influence on the social and political situation in the region.
The research will be held in Adygea, the Republic of Kalmykia, Krasnodar Krai, Rostov Oblast and annexed Crimea.
It is planned to ask the citizens of four Russian regions and occupied Crimea whether they are satisfied with the current authority. Also, they will be asked whether they are satisfied with the work of the civil and administration systems in the region and specify such data as income, gender, age, education, nationality, profession, marital status, status and other.
Earlier U.S. Pew Research Center published the results of the survey held among the citizens of 40 countries that aimed the attitude to the Russian Federation and its president Vladimir Putin.
