In Ukraine, the arrival of ambulances will depend on the patient's condition. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmygal.
"The government has supported the decision to introduce additional criteria for calling an ambulance regarding the priority of medical care. Depending on the patient's condition, calls to the ambulance will be divided into critical, emergency, non-emergency and non-specialized," the statement said.
It is noted that this step will reduce mortality as it sets a priority for patients in critical condition.
As we reported earlier, the Ministry of Health expects to carry out the first vaccinations against Covid-19 in February 2021.
"Now we are working with the manufacturers of vaccines - these are all manufacturers that are currently undergoing the stages of certification of their vaccines and have passed all clinical trials. We have all the proposals, we just finalize them," said Maksym Stepanov, Health Minister.
The head of the ministry did not bring any specific information on the manufacturers.
