Russia goes for another provocation in the ongoing hybrid conflict with Ukraine, using the Web, Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council says.

‘Recently, we faced more provocations in the information area, designed by Russian special services. On June 11, staffs of some Ukrainian media reported to have received meaningless messages. They were sent from an IP address based in Russia,’ the Council’s press service said.

The Ukrainian authority asks the domestic users to pay attention to contents of messages and filter the senders.
