Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has approved the decision on the visa-free regime with Uruguay. Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported that, reiterating that the document was signed in the U.S. in September.
'The document's provisions foresee that the Ukrainian citizens will be able to stay in Uruguay for the period of no more than 90 days, and it may be renewed for another 90 days over a year. The citizens of Uruguay can stay in Ukraine for the period of no more than 90 days over the 180-days-long period', reads the message.
The document will take effect on the 30th day after both governments inform each other on completion of the domestic procedures of approval.
In November, Ukraine's visa-free regimes with Thailand and Qatar took effect.
