Ukraine and Turkey signed the partnership agreement. It occurred during the official visit of President of Ukraine to Turkey, Volodymyr Zelensky's press office reports.
The new deal prolongs the bilateral document signed between Turkish Committee for Foreign Economic Relations and Ukraine's Trade and Industry Chamber in 1991.
The newly signed document will let the countries develop bilateral cooperation.
During his visit, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky suggested that Turkey join the Donbas infrastructure rebuilding. The President said this during the briefing with President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. "I offered the Turkish side to join to the restoration of infrastructure on the East of Ukraine. We expect the active participation of Turkey on the international forum related to Donbas rehabilitation which we are planning to hold this autumn in Mariupol,' Zelensky stated.
