Ukraine and Turkey have signed an agreement on military-financial cooperation. The signing took place during the Ukrainian-Turkish Business Forum, which was attended by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

The agreement was signed by Ukraine’s Minister of Defense Andriy Zagorodniuk and Turkish Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak.

Volodymyr Zelensky said that, under the agreement, Ukrainian troops would receive assistance from Turkey, and expressed his gratitude to the Turkish side.

The text of the agreement has not yet been announced.

As we reported earlier, on February 3, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Ukraine on a working visit

The parties will discuss ways to deepen strategic partnership and cooperation in all areas of cooperation.

Also, following the meeting of the High Level Strategic Council, it is planned to sign a number of bilateral documents and the participation of the heads of countries in the Ukrainian-Turkish business forum.
