Sweden and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) will provide Ukraine with 4,6 mln USD (UAH 128 million) to support electronic and inclusive services for vulnerable groups. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmygal on Facebook.

Financial assistance will be directed to the project of the Ministry of Digital Science "Electronic, Inclusive, Available: Support for the Digitalization of Public Services in Ukraine". It provides for the creation of integrated services for citizens belonging to vulnerable groups, and the improvement of digital literacy.

The support program will help bridge the digital divide between generations and groups of Ukrainians who belong to different social strata.

They plan to work out new digital solutions for the elderly and pensioners, persons with disabilities, people living below the poverty line, in rural areas, youth living in the conflict zone, ethnic minorities (primarily for Roma) and IDPs, veterans returning to civil life.
