Ukraine is going to initiate a discussion on the murder of a soldier of the Armed Forces in Donbas and the violation of the ceasefire in general at the upcoming Normandy talks. This was stated by Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, RBC reports.
"As of now, the meeting of advisers remains on schedule. Ukraine is preparing for it and the death of a Ukrainian soldier will certainly be one of the topics," the minister said.
It is worth noting that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the meeting of the heads of the Normandy Four countries would take place after the meeting of the advisers to the leaders of the countries was held.
As we reported earlier, on September 6, near Novhorodske, an unknown explosive device blew up a vehicle of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As a result of the explosion, two soldiers were injured, one of them died on the next day.
The Office of the President of Ukraine demands that Russia intervene in the situation and influence the provocative behavior of illegal armed groups in Donetsk and Luhansk regions in order to maintain the ceasefire.
