Ukrainian and foreign investors can create the domestic low-cost air carrier; infrastructure minister Volodymyr Omelyan told that Segodnya newspaper in the interview.

‘We can change the situation with passenger flights in Ukraine by creating a new low-cost air company. I hope we can have it registered in the autumn. These are the private investments, with 51 percent coming from Ukraine, another 49 from foreign investors. This is what the structure should look like; only companies registered in Ukraine can perform domestic flights,’ Omelyan said.
