As we reported earlier, about 15 citizens of Belarus have submitted applications for asylum in Ukraine to the State Migration Service (SMS).

"During August-November 2020, 15 citizens of the Republic of Belarus applied to the territorial bodies of the SMS with an application for recognition as a refugee or a person in need of additional protection," the message says.

The Migration Department notes that with regard to ten people, it was decided to draw up documents to resolve the issue of recognition as a refugee or a person in need of additional protection.
