As we reported earlier, the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine will track the illegal logging and quarry development by using an aerospace survey.

It is noted that within the cooperation with State Ecological Academy, the inspectorate will get data of the Earth remote sensing that is provided to the academy by the National Space Facilities Control and Test Center.

“It will allow the State Environmental Inspectorate to spot the crimes against the environment more exact and find guilty people faster. The retrospect analysis will allow helping in which territories the enhanced control should be introduced,” reads the message.
