"We're not just sitting there, waiting in vain for something. Russia manipulates, it lies, and it is cynical. But there's no other Russia. This is how Russia wages war and aggression against Ukraine. This is why we need to negotiate in all possible formats to stop the war. Together with our partners, we actively create conditions that will make Russia stop it - even if we need to create serious problems for Russia", Kuleba said.
The Minister added that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky was ready for negotiations, ready to talk about de-occupation of Crimea and Donbas, and to end the war. However, Kuleba added that Ukraine is not agreeing to peace at any cost.
Earlier, the official commented on the recent opinion of Russian president Vladimir Putin; the Russian leader had claimed that NATO's military infrastructure deployment in Ukraine would cross Russia's red lines. "Putin's red lines scale down to the territory of the Russian Federation. On our side of Russian-Ukrainian border, we will decide on our own how to act in the interests of the Ukrainian nation and the security of Ukraine and Europe", Kuleba wrote on his Twitter.
