Ukraine protests against Russia's simplification of shipment of goods from occupied Donbas

Ukraine's Foreign Ministry sent a protest note to the Russian Federation due to the recent decree issued by President Vladimir Putin. The document provides for simplified shipment of goods from the occupied Donbas. Press centre of Ukraine's Foreign Ministry reported that on November 16. 

The Ukrainian authority considers this document as "rude interference with Ukraine's domestic affairs, breach of its law and norms of international law. The respective protest note was handed over to Russia's Foreign Ministry", reads the message.

According to the Ukrainian authority, the respective document contradicts Russia's commitments according to Minsk agreements and the arrangements agreed upon in the Normandy format negotiations. Besides, such decisions made by Russia demonstrate its coordinated policy of dragging the occupied territories to its economic and political space.
