Ukraine and NATO express strong support for the full implementation of the Minsk agreements to resolve the conflict in Donbas. This is stated in the joint statement of the Ukraine - NATO after the Alliance's summit in Warsaw.

Also, Ukraine and NATO welcome the release of Nadiya Savchenko and call on the parties to ensure the release and exchange of all hostages and illegally detained persons.

In addition, the statement expressed full support for the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) OSCE, "which plays a key role in helping to de-escalate the conflict", and stresses the importance of full and unimpeded access of OSCE observers to the regions of conflict.
