Ukraine lives up to commitments in terms of fighting ISIS, - Klimkin

Foreign minister held speech at a session of the international coalition for fighting the Islamic State

Ukraine fully shares values, principles and strategic goals of the international coalition for fighting the Islamic State, and it remains an active contributor to its activities. Pavlo Klimkin, the foreign minister of Ukraine said that at a session of the coalition's member countries held in Kuwait

'Ukraine continues to contribute in the combat against the ISIS, specifically by taking an active part in the Working Group for Counteracting Terrorism,' he said as quoted by the ministry's press service. 

Over 80 member countries and international organizations joined the session of the international coalition for fighting the Islamic State - the first one since the liberation of Syria and Iraq from ISIS militants. They discussed further steps in this area as well as reaching stability, reintegration and rehabilitation of these territories.
