Ukraine expresses the complete solidarity with the United Kingdom toward the conclusions on the involvement of Russia in the use of the chemical weapon in Salisbury and Amesbury as the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported.
"The conclusions of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapon that during the attack in Amesbury was used the toxic chemical of the same nature as in Salisbury is another confirmation of continuation of the aggressive policy of the Russian Federation that aims against the sovereignty of the states and disruption of the international order," the message said.
The Foreign Ministry added that Ukraine confirms its firm position that the use of the chemical weapons by anyone, anywhere and under any circumstances is a gross violation of the international law and persons responsible for such actions should be held accountable.
"We are convinced that only international solidarity can be an effective response to the constant provocations of the Russian Federation, and we encourage our foreign partners to continue coordinated pressure on Kremlin to make it refuse from its aggressive actions," the message said.
