By the end of this year, the governments of Ukraine and Israel are going to finish working on the bilateral agreement on free trade zone. Ze’ev Elkin, the Minister for Environmental Protection and Jerusalem Affairs said that as quoted by Interfax-Ukraine.

‘I guess by the end of the year, the document’s text will be ready and prepared for official signature ceremony; perhaps, in the beginning of the next year,’ Elkin said.

According to the official, signing of this document will give a quite powerful impetus for development of economic relations of the two countries. ‘The free trade area makes all the tax issues easier; besides, it makes financial cooperation more profitable,’ the minister concluded.
