"We received a letter from COVAX about the possibility of supplying the country with m-RNA vaccines in the near future," the message says.
Lyashko did not specify when exactly the delivery of vaccines would begin.
Earlier, the Strana newspaper reported that Ukrainian top officials, politicians and businessmen are already being vaccinated in Kyiv with the coronavirus vaccine, which was illegally imported into Ukraine.
It was reported that the vaccination is classified on the basis of one of the private clinics in Kyiv. The cost of illegal vaccination against coronavirus ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 euros.
In this regard, President Volodymyr Zelensky appealed to the Security Service of Ukraine with a request to check information about the illegal importation of the coronavirus vaccine into the country.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal has instructed law enforcement officers and the Ministry of Health to check the information that appeared in the media about the secret vaccination against coronavirus in Kyiv. PM wrote this on his Telegram page.
"I instructed the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to check the information published in the media about possible clandestine vaccination with drugs of unknown origin. And I will immediately inform you of my position ... I myself will be vaccinated at my own expense in the second or third stage, when the officially registered vaccine arrives at Ukrainian clinics," Shmygal wrote.
