Ukraine has no delinquencies before ECHR, - Justice Ministry

Ukraine has no delinquencies by the decisions of European Court for Human Rights. Natalya Bernatska, the first deputy justice minister saod that as quoted by UNN news agency.

According to her, in 2014-2017, the government paid Ukrainian citizens USD 500,000 under decisions in ECHR cases.

Bernatska added that currently, all delinquencies are closed, and the payments takre place in the due period of time - within three months, which is stipulated in the Ukrainian legal famework.  

Under the Ukrainian law, the fulfillment of ECHR decision involves funds from the state treasury. The decision are carried out by the State Executory Service.
