Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry has been instructed to notify the Russian side of the termination of the memorandum.

As we reported earlier, Ukraine's Minister for Reintegration of the Occupied Territories Oleksiy Reznikov reminded that it was impossible to enshrine the special status of Donbas in the Constitution of Ukraine.

Earlier, the Russian side said that a special status should be enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine. But no special status of certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and any other regions can be in the Constitution of Ukraine!” Reznikov said.
