Ukrainian court arrested another 44 planes that belong to Russian air companies; these vessels performed illegal flights to occupied Crimea. Press Department of Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea reported that on November 17.
As of Tuesday, the court identified and arrested 109 vessels belonging to Russian air carriers, which perform regular illegal flights to the occupied peninsula - in breach of Ukraine's law and international flight regulations.
In March 2014, Ukraine closed the air space over the annexed Crimea, because it cannot observe flight safety regulations over this territory. The government also ordered to close all airports on the peninsula.
Ukraine gets ready to deploy field hospitals near checkpoints on the administrative border with the annexed Crimea. Ihor Yeremenko, the Deputy Minister for the reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine said so as quoted by the press office of the Ministry.
"Russia keeps blocking all kinds of access to the territory of the occupied Crimea for international monitoring and humanitarian organizations; it doesn't let Crimean residents (citizens of Ukraine) go to the mainland Ukraine to buy medications that they lack in the occupied peninsula", Yaremenko said.
