Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov claims that currently, there are several candidacies to replace Leonid Kuchma as Ukraine's representative in Minsk trilateral contact group. Danilov said so during his interview with Ukraine 24 TV channel.

"I can't tell now for sure who will replace him, there are several options. I can't name these candidates until the ultimate decision is made. Of course, there were candidacies from the very beginning, because we agreed with Leonid Danylovych that there will be a certain period when he has to leave... Believe me, Ukraine will be represented quite decently, like it was before", Danilov stated.
