The Ukrainian government has supported the signing of a framework defense agreement with the Turkish Cabinet. 

According to Ukraine's Defense Ministry Andriy Taran, the draft document will be signed during the visit of President Zelensky to Turkey, which is slated for October 15-17. He admitted that the signature of this deal would create legal frameworks to extend bilateral cooperation in 21 various directions.

Earlier, we reported that the Turkish government shut off an area in the Black Sea, next to the city of Sinop, as the S-400 SAM tests approach. These weapon systems were purchased from Russia. Interfax reported that with a reference to international warning for seafarers, which was spread by Turkey's naval administration in the NAVTEX system.

The drills will be conducted on October 13-16; during this period, the area near Sinop is considered dangerous for maritime traffic.

Turkish Minute outlet claims that 10 Banshee air targets were delivered to the Sinop missile firing range for the tests.
