First, airborne assault forces, heavy infantry weapons, and equipment were dropped from Royal Air Force C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft. Further, the Ukrainian military aircraft Il-76MD and An-26 entered the combat course.
On the parachute platforms, cargo and units of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces were dropped. The landing of the British and Ukrainian troops was covered by fighters of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

These are the first British-Ukrainian drills of this type. Their goal is the practical implementation of assignments in a multinational environment according to NATO standards and procedures, increasing the level of interoperability between the units of the Armed Forces and our partner states, the airborne fraternity.
