Bono, the renowned lead singer of U2 rock band has released a new song. It appears to be the tribute to Italians and all the rest who currently stay under quarantine.

The ballad is recorded with piano accompaniment.

"For the Italians who inspired it… for the Irish… for ANYONE who this St. Patrick’s day is in a tight spot and still singing. For the doctors, nurses, carers on the front line, it's you we’re singing to", Bono posted on his Instagram account.

The economic and labour crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic may increase global unemployment in the amount of 25 million workplaces as the International Labour Organization (ILO) reported.

The ILO noted that unemployment in the world may be lower in case of a coordinated political response at the international level.

Besides, the organization urged to hold prompt measures at three directions: protection of the workers at the workplaces, priming of economy and employment and support of the workplaces and incomes.
