Turkey continues to redeploy military equipment to the border with Syria, the Anadolu news agency reported.

The agency notes that about 80 armored vehicles have been brought to Hatay province on the border with Syria by rail.  

It is reported that armored vehicles are pulled come from Lüleburgaz district of Kırklareli province.

As it was reported earlier, the Defense Minister of Turkey Fikri Işık did not exclude holding of military operation by Turkey in Syrian Afrina in case if country’s national security is threatened from the region which is under the control of Syrian Kurds.

Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan said earlier that Ankara will not allow the creation of a Kurdish state in the north of Syria.

Earlier Erdogan said Turkey will buy S-400 anti-aircraft missile launchers from Russia. This is supposed to be the largest Russia-Turkey arms deal since 1952, when Turkey joined the NATO.
