President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that his country supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine and does not recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea. Erdogan said this during a meeting with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. The channel "112 Ukraine" conducted the broadcast of the meeting between presidents.
"Once again, I want to emphasize: we do not support the illegal annexation of Crimea. We fully support and will continue to support the sovereignty and territorial integrity, including Crimea," - Erdogan said.
The parties will discuss ways to deepen strategic partnership and cooperation in all areas of cooperation.
Earlier, Ukraine and Turkey have signed an agreement on military-financial cooperation. The signing took place during the Ukrainian-Turkish Business Forum, which was attended by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukrainian troops would receive assistance from Turkey under the agreement and expressed his gratitude to the Turkish side.
