U.S. President Donald Trump announced his intention to fulfill his promise and to release the transcript of his second April conversation with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday. Reuters reported it.
According to the U.S. President, he had two conversations with the President of Ukraine in April.
Trump's promise to release the second transcript of a conversation with Zelensky was reported on November 9. It was expected, however, that the transcript would be released on November 12.
As we reported earlier, the transcript of a telephone conversation between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of USA Donald Trump lacks some phrases related to former US Vice President Joe Biden. This was stated by National Security Council member Alexander Vindman during testimony in Congress, The New York Times reports.
According to Vindman, he was not able to add important words and phrases to the transcript of the conversation between Trump and Zelensky. The missing phrases referred to Trump's statement that records on Biden’s corruption in Ukraine exist. The President of Ukraine also mentioned Burisma.
