US President Donald Trump announced that he has recovered from Covid-19 and is returning to active participation in his election campaign. He stated this in an interview with Fox News, Ukrayinska Pravda reports. 

According to Trump, medical tests have shown that he can return to the campaign.

"It looks like I'm immune for, I don't know, maybe a long time, maybe a short time," he said. "It could be a lifetime. Nobody really knows, but I'm immune. So the president is in very good shape to fight the battles."

As we reported, Donald Trump refused to participate in the debates with candidate from the Democratic Party Joe Biden. Debates were going to be virtual.

“No I’m not going to waste my time on a virtual debate,” Trump stated in a few minutes after the announcement of the virtual debates.
