There is a chance that the U.S. and the North Korea would be involved in a military conflict. U.S. President Donald Trump said that in his interview with Reuters.

'There is a chance that we could end up having a major, major conflict with North Korea. Absolutely,' Trump said as quoted by the news agency.

In his interview given on the eve of his 100th day at the office, the U.S. leader said it is now very difficult to ‘solve things diplomatically’.

Earlier, the North Korea threatened to land a nuclear strike on Australia if the government continues to ‘blindly follow the U.S. policy’. The Pyongyang officials told the Australian government if Canberra joins the U.S. path on the isolation of the North Korea that would be a ‘suicidal step’ for Australia.
