On January 31 Sally Yates said that the Justice Department will not protect the migration decree of President Donald Trump in court.
Sally Yates, appointed to her post by the Trump predecessor Barack Obama, noted that she is "not convinced of the legality of the President's decree."
"The Ministry of Justice will not present arguments in defense of the President orders", she said.
