The US President Donald Trump plans to undertake a meeting with his advisers on the issue of the National Security to protect the upcoming mid-term elections, which will take place in the fall. Voice of America reports.
The meeting of the White House will take place amidst the new accusations of Russia's interfere in the US elections, as outlet reports.
Reportedly, such called mid-term elections will take place in the US this fall where 35 senators and 39 governors will be elected.
Earlier, Microsoft stated on the cyber attacks directed at three candidates in the US Congress. The company is sure that the attempts of the attacks were implemented by the same group that hacked the network of the Committee of the Democratic Party of the US prior to the presidential election in 2016.
Donald Trump claimed on Twitter on July 24 that Russia would actively interfere in the elections in the Congress scheduled for November 2018 to strengthen the positions of the Democratic Party.
